The Elements Project is the brain child of DJ Kyle Watson and we really love the interesting idea he had in creating this. In April, Kyle called upon producers to send him two of their favourite samples. Two selected samples would be used to create a free two track downloadable EP in May. The Elements Project was born.

It’s a fun, novel way of creating music and we’re particularly loving the way he’s made it interactive for other producers and his fans to suggest samples to use. The result is pretty tasty and has the support of the gluttonous TK favourite Eats Everything.

You might recognise the the sample featured in Get Loaded from a classic Happy Monday’s track. We’re not too sure where it’s from in the second track – anybody got any ideas?
